About Huntzel Manor
Featured in Property of the StateIn Property of the State, Joey spends a lot of time at the Huntzel family home—much of it cleaning. The large home sprawls so much his cleaning duties are spread out over a full-week after school, except Wednesdays when he has an after school appointment.
Floor plan sketches of stately Huntzel Manor can be seen below. They might give you some idea of why it takes Joey so long to clean the house each week.
While Huntzel Manor itself doesn’t exist in real life, it is based on a real house I once knew well. The final image is the Google Maps aerial view of the actual house that inspired Huntzel Manor.
